Effects of Mindfulness-based Programs on SEN children and adolescents

There is growing research interest in mindfulness-based programs for children and adolescents with special educational needs. However, research has focused only on a small segment of this population, especially on children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. This lecture will cover the nature of these programmes, research outcomes, quality of the research, and future research directions.
