Optional Cultural Tours

Thank you very much for your support.
The first round of Cultural Tours application has been closed on 16 March 2019 and all the tours are full. Please join our international conference on 18 April 2019.

N.B.
Each tour will visit two sites, with free shuttle provided in between (except for Tour 3). Participants should make own transportation arrangements for getting to site A and leaving site B.
Each participant may indicate two preferred tours, but can join only one of those concurrent tours (i.e. Tour 2/3/4).
For each tour, if the quota is exceeded, allocation of places will be determined by drawing lots.
The first round of Cultural Tours application will close by the end of 16 March 2019. We will email participants before end-March about the assigned tour, the assembly time and point on 17 April, and emergency / bad weather arrangements.
