Registration

a. All fees are in HK dollars and non-refundable. There will be no refund on cancellation after registration.

b. Conference fee covers (i) conference bag, (ii) conference badge, (iii) programme book, (iv) USB with conference proceedings, (v) networking dinner on June 13, (vi) luncheons on June 13-15, and (vii) break refreshments on June 13-15.

c. At least ONE author of accepted paper should complete the registration by April 12, 2019 5:00pm (HKT) to ensure your paper can be included in conference proceedings. Late registrations are welcome but your paper may not be included in the proceedings of the Conference.

d. One author can register for at most THREE papers of CTE2019. You are highly recommended to make the Early Bird Registration by April 12, 2019 5:00pm (HKT) to enjoy a special registration fee.

e. For participants at “Student” status: Please send a proof of your valid full-time student status (e.g. student ID card or transcript that shows your name, full-time doctoral student status, valid date) to CTE2019 Secretariat at cte2019@eduhk.hk. The Conference will charge you registration fee at the regular rate if you are unable to provide the supporting documents.

f. Participation is not guaranteed until the full payment of the registration fee is received.
