Course Introduction |
This course makes use of narrative knowing to help students understand and reflect on the importance of their personal life values and goals. The course consists of theoretical and experiential learning. In the first part, students will learn the philosophical, psychological, sociocultural and spiritual underpinnings of core values and aspects of well-being in life through a variety of in-class and on-line activities applying story-telling techniques. In the second part of the course, students will be expected to demonstrate their awareness, aspirations, and appreciation of life values and experiences in both individual reflections and group production of a micro-film.. |
