The
implementation of Gifted Education in a school will need the help of
well-educated and experienced people. Support from school principals and
teacher training would also be required. When a new teaching strategy is
planned in a school, no matter the number of participants in the
implementation, it should be school-based.
Besides the strategy and implementation, the development of Gifted
Education in a school needs a well-planned system, so as to set up a
guideline for those who wish to implement it. Based on rationale and
belief, educators should understand that Gifted Education should not be
ignored in the field of education.
