¡½Theoretical and Empirical Studies
¡@¡@Abstract The study explores teachers' receptivity to information technology (IT) in education, school culture and the interactions between the two. Two schools were involved in the case study. The findings reveal that teachers of high receptivity play actively role in the educational reforms. In addition, a takes care and courteous to each member, and construct the culture of learning community will be prominent to enhance teachers receptivity to IT. For the implementation of the change, the school may consider constructing the change holistically, establishing the school vision, leading the school towards a learning community, providing teacher support inside and outside school, and putting the change in soft and hard in mesh.
