About ART2207 Nurturing Creativity through Visual Arts Activities
This course aims to stimulate participants to grasp the generic concept and practice of fostering students’ creativity through visual arts and STEAM activities. Creative teachers will be able to nurture creative students and aware their creative development. The course will provide rich opportunities for participants to experience creative learning from interesting hands-on visual arts activities and interdisciplinary teaching design. Participants are encouraged to rethink traditional teaching mindset and try to use visual arts and STEAM learning elements in their teaching. At the end of the course, participants will be able to develop diverse ways of thinking and interdisciplinary learning activities to help students developing knowledge and insight of problem solving.
