中英文寫作暨攝影比賽/Bilingual Writing and Photography Competition 2021-22

 

活動宗旨：
Objectives::

1.    建立中英文寫作信心；
To build up students’ confidence in the use of written Chinese and English; and

2.    提升審美眼光；
To enhance students’ aesthetic through making image and words; and

3.    提升觀察力。
To promote students’ observation.

參賽資格：

歡迎本校學生參加。
All EdUHK students are welcome to join this competition.

賽規：
Regulations:

 

1.    參賽者提交一張相片，並以中文和英文寫作同一主題的短篇文章；
Participants are invited to produce 1 image, and write a short article in Chinese and English with the same meaning;

 

2.    主題為「相機先食……」：
The theme is "Taking a Foodporn Picture…" ;

 

3.    相片格式為JPEG，不超過4MB，可適度調校色溫、曝光、對比度等，但不接受合成照片。相片須附Exif資訊 （檔案右鍵内容裏的資訊）；
The format should be in jpeg and the file size is not more than 4MB. The image can be adjusted moderately in temperature, exposure, or contrast etc., but should not be merged. Exif information (i.e. the content in file properties) must be included;

 

4.    短篇文章檔案請用PDF格式，不超過1mb；
The short article file should be in pdf format and the file size should not be more than 1MB;

 

5.    相片及短篇文章均屬參賽者原創；
The image and short article should be created by the participant;

 

6.    短篇文章請以中文（80-100字）及英文（60-80字）書寫；
The short article should be written in Chinese (80-100 characters) and English (60-80 words);

 

7.    獎項設冠、亞、季軍各一，並兩名優異獎；各得獎者將獲頒獎狀以資鼓勵；
There will be four prizes: the champion, the first runner-up, the second runner-up and two merits. A certificate will be presented to all winners

8.    評審結果以評判的決定為依歸，參賽者不得異議。
The decision of the judges is final.

 

1.    所有作品須上載到參賽者自己的Google Drive, 然後把檔案分享給。
Participants have to upload their submissions to their own Google Drive, and share the documents with asllchkied@gmail.com.

 

2.    參賽者須在Moodle自行註冊一個名爲「ASLLC bilingual contests materials upload」的課程，詳情可按此。
Participants have to enroll in a self-enrolled Moodle course “ASLLC bilingual contests materials”. Please click here for more details.

 

3.    自行註冊此課程後，請把Google Drive鏈接提交至Moodle課程內的「中英文寫作暨攝影比賽2021-22 作品上傳 Bilingual Writing and Photography Competition 2021-22 Submissions Upload」。
After the enrollment, please submit your Google Drive link to “中英文寫作暨攝影比賽2021-22 作品上傳 Bilingual Writing and Photography Competition 2021-22 Submissions Upload” in the Moodle course.

 

4.    上傳Google Drive鏈接後，須完成回饋問卷。
All participants have to finish the evaluation after the submission.

 

5.    參賽者如未能遵守參賽規則，以及不符合鏈接上傳流程的要求，將會被取消參賽資格。
Participants who do not follow the above rules and the requirements needed for the submission will be disqualified.

 

參賽作品將以中英文的運用，攝影技巧，以及創意評分。
The entry will be judged according to the use of two written languages, photographic technique, and creativity.
