Environmental Protection Department recently has collaborated with The Hong Kong Institute of Education to design a teaching package “Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)”. We aimed at providing a user-friendly package to teachers to deliver an efficient lesson talking about indoor air quality. Enhancing public awareness of IAQ is one of our missions. Through school education, we believe that the message of maintain good IAQ will be spread more widely and effectively.
The content of this teaching package was designed for General Studies (P.4-P.6), Science (S.1 – S.3) and Liberal Studies (S.4 – S.6) separately. It targeted to enhance students’ recognition and awareness of indoor air quality. All the information included in the disc is free to be used as reference for teaching. You are encouraged to design lessons based on the video and materials included in the DVD. Reproduction of this DVD for non-profit education purposes is permitted provided that its full title and publisher are clearly stated. We also recommend teachers to have discussion, as well as other interactions with students, to enhance their understanding and awareness of the topic.

「室內空氣質素」教材套 |

香港特別行政區政府環境保護署與香港教育學院合作，設計一套以「室內空氣質素」為題的教材套，旨在提供相關資訊予本地學校團體及教師，提升公眾對室內空氣質素的關注。相信通過學校教育，更能有效地將保持良好空氣質素的訊息傳達給年青一代。
此教材套是專門針對小四至小六常識科,中一至中三科學科，以及高中通識教育科而設計的，教學目的在於提升同學對室內空氣質素的關注和認識。教師可使用光碟內的資料作為參考，以短片及教案等資料為藍本，設計合適的課堂。光碟的內容可複製作非牟利教育用途，惟必須清楚註明標題全名及出版人。同時也鼓勵教師透過討論等方式，與學生共同研習此課題，加強他們對室內空氣質素的了解和關注。
