Aims and Objectives

The aim of the Centre is to develop education for environmental sustainability and science for environmental health through the formation of research and knowledge transfer networks with academics, scholars and professionals to improve the understanding of environment-related matters, and to stimulate pro-active environmentally beneficial actions through research outputs and application. The followings are the specific objectives for expansion, innovation, and impact:

• Develop multi-disciplinary research capacity with researchers from different fields;
• Reinforce the synergism between teaching and research;
• Promote pro-environmental action, attitudes and awareness of environmental and sustainability issues.
