Ms. Imma LING Kit-sum 凌潔心女士
Ms. Imma Ling is a Certi ed Public Accountant and a retired assurance partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is also a Board Member of Estate Agents Authority, a Council Member of Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, an Executive Committee Member of Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association, and a Member of Hospital Governing Committee. Ms. Ling is a Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certi ed Public Accountants, Association of Chartered Certi ed Accountants, Chartered Professional Accountants, Canada (CMA, Ontario), and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
凌潔心女士為執業會計師，退休前為羅兵咸永道會計師事務所審計合夥人，現為地產代理監管局成員、香港青年協會理 事會委員、香港青年旅舍協會行政委員會成員，以及醫院管治委員會成員。凌女士為香港會計師公會、英國特許公認會 計師公會、加拿大特許專業會計師協會及英國特許管理會計師公會會員。
Dr. Grace POON Wing-kit 潘永潔醫生
Dr. Grace Poon is an Associate Consultant in Paediatrics at Queen Mary Hospital and an Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine of LKS Faculty of Medicine at The University of Hong Kong. She is the President of the Hong Kong Society of Inborn Errors of Metabolism and a Member of the Task Force for the Pilot Study of Newborn Screening for Inborn Errors of Metabolism. She is serving on a few public policy advisory and statutory bodies and helps steer the process in new service provision for the socio-medical sector.
潘永潔醫生為瑪麗醫院兒科副顧問醫生及香港大學兒科及青少年科學系名譽臨床助理教授。潘醫生亦為香港先天性代 謝缺陷協會會長及初生嬰兒代謝病篩查先導計劃工作小組成員，並擔任數個公共政策諮詢及法定組織的委員，致力推 動社會醫療新發展。
Professor Chetwyn CHAN Che-hin 陳智軒教授
Professor Chetwyn Chan is an Associate Vice-President (Learning and Teaching) and Chair
Professor of Rehabilitation Sciences at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is psychologist and occupational therapist by profession. He specializes in cognitive neuroscience studying how attention, working memory and frontal lobe functions can be augmented in older individuals and diagnostic groups such as post-stroke and mild cognitive impairment patients. Professor Chan is an Elected Fellow of American Psychological Association, a Fellow of Hong Kong Psychological Society; and the Vice-Chairman of Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation.
陳智軒教授現為香港理工大學協理副校長(學與教)及康復治療科學系講座教授，其專業為心理學及職業治療，專門研 究認知神經科學，探討如何增加長者、中風或輕微認知障礙患者的專注力、工作記憶及前額葉功能。陳教授亦為美國心 理學會院士、香港心理學會院士及香港復康會副主席。
