Scientific inquiry is one of the science curriculum content, "Scientific inquiry" - Pedagogical Content Knowledge is the face of scientific inquiry and teachers - of course pedagogical content knowledge and scientific inquiry a teaching practice with more direct expertise. Pre-service teacher training phase of acquisition of knowledge is an important source of pedagogical content knowledge is the knowledge base of pedagogical content knowledge development in the post. Pre-service science teachers "Scientific inquiry"- Pedagogical Content Knowledge and learning mode will be the foundation of the development of knowledge. In this paper it was made into the understanding of the process of science inquiry, science inquiry teaching method knowledge, science inquiry teaching evaluation methods and discussed the most important factors .it put forward some pertinence suggestions.
