Conversations of Team Leadership
As you read through each of the following four case studies, we invite you to put yourself in the
position of being a part of the leadership of this school and work out what you would do in these
circumstances.
In a sense, we are inviting you to practice your leadership skills against a problem in a fictitious
situation. This works best if you can discuss your thinking and reflections with your Leading@SIS team.
You can also use these case studies as discussion points in real team leadership meetings in your
school by discussing with members of your ‘real‐life’ team what they would do.
Discuss these with your colleagues.
