Conclusion
The first years of a principalship is exciting. It is also a time which can
either ‘make or break’ a principal.
By participating the blue skies you will have an additional professional
structure. One which we hope will assist you in building a successful
principalship. In the final analysis, however, you will determine for
yourself the value of the programme by the way you approach it. If
you believe you already have the answers to most problems, the
programme may not be for you. If, however, you believe you still have
room to learn, and value the input of others, the programme has the
potential to be very beneficial. We are sure that you will enjoy blue
skies and look forward to working with you.
