Hui-Ling Wendy Pan is the Dean of College of Education at Tamkang University
(TKU). She had been teaching at National Taiwan Normal University for years
before recruited to TKU in 2011. She is a dedicated researcher in educational
leadership, educational evaluation and school improvement with a recent focus
on facilitating learning community and innovation system in schools. Her
extensive experiences in serving ad hoc committees for Taiwan’s Ministry of
Education made her nominated the convenor for Strategic Alliance of High School
Curriculum Implementation, a partnership which aims to build networks and
bridge collaboration among central government, local government sectors and
schools in the process of implementing 12-year New Curriculum for Basic
Education. She also serves on editorial boards of many prestigious education
journals and the board of directors for more than ten associations in Taiwan.
