Mr Ricardo Sepúlveda

Ricardo A. Sepúlveda is an adjunct professor at the School Management and
Leadership Program and PhD candidate at Faculty of Education at Catholic
University of Chile. He currently works as a thesis advisor, teacher trainer and
academic consultant for different educational institutions. He received a B.A.
degree in English Language and Literature, B.A in Education from University of
Chile, and M.A in School Administration from Catholic University of Chile. Prior to
joining the Faculty, he has been a school teacher and head of department for
more than 20 years. His latest research work is related to middle leadership and
subject leaders.
