                         Dr Cuong is the Head of Department of Postgraduate Office, Hanoi Pedagogical
                         University  2.  His  expertise  includes  research  on  Education  Administration  and
                         management,  and  Analysis  Mathematics.  He  is  responsible  for  Postgraduate
                         training, management and improvement. He also manages VIE 11 888 11 Project
                         under the sponsorship of the Kingdom of Belgium.
