Leading Teacher Professional Development: Lessons from Shanghai Educational leaders from aided, government, direct subsidy and international schools attended the Principal Forum to discuss leading teacher professional development. The Forum was led by Dr. Qian Haiyan and was built around what happens in Shanghai schools. The Forum featured several speakers for high-performing schools in Shanghai. The May 26 Forum was jointly organised by the Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change (APCLC), Department of Education Policy and Leadership (EPL) and the Faculty of Education and Human Development (FEHD) of EdUHK .
