Project Overview
SynopsisThis project provides a comprehensive study of current theories and applied research in middle leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurialism. It reveals practices and principles of organisational restructuring, organisational development, and innovation, presenting strategies for supporting entrepreneurialism in educational organisations (edupreneurialism). The project addresses the notion of the 3Cs qualities introduced by Dr Chung Po Yang, whereby entrepreneurs need to be aware of and fluent in the subject of the 3Cs (competence, character and care) in order to become great service leaders. Another notion the project addresses is innovation for continuous improvement, whereby successful educational organisations identify creative strategies to meet organisational goals. PurposeTo train school leaders to develop and accomplish innovative initiatives at schools as 3Cs entrepreneurial teachers. Intended Learning OutcomesUpon completion of the 3Cs learning journey, participants should be able to:
FormatThe programme will be conducted in the format of face-to-face workshops and/ or online teaching with participants' presentations, and online consultation sessions. There is a total of 28 contact hours. Project ExpectationsExpected attendance is 90%. Participants will be awarded a certificate upon completion of the project. A list of suggested readings for each session is provided. You are recommended to complete the suggested readings before class and any given tasks that guide you to understand the content and/or prepare you for your school improvement. |
