The Research Centre for Transmission of Cantonese Opera (RCTCO) of The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) cordially invites you to attend the Awards Presentation of the ‘Cantonese Opera Teaching Awards for Hong Kong Music Teachers 2022’ on 6 February (Monday) at Xiqu Centre. 

The Awards, jointly organised with the Xiqu Centre of the West Kowloon Cultural District and supported by the Rural Training College Alumni Association, recognise music teachers who have demonstrated outstanding performance and creativity in teaching and promoting Cantonese opera.

Ms Naomi Chung, Head of Xiqu (Performing Arts) West Kowloon Cultural District, and Mr Chu King-yuen, Vice-chairman of the Rural Training College Alumni Association will present the Awards to all Gold, Silver, Bronze and Merit awardees from primary and secondary schools.
