The Special School Placement Scheme 2022 was completed successfully from May to June 2022. A total of 26 students from different faculties whose major or minor in special education, inclusive education, or guidance and counselling participated in the scheme and completed a 3-week onsite placement at 20 partnering special schools this year. At the same time, students participated in the 10-hour working group with the facilitation of the Master of Arts in Education Counselling (MAEC) students; the group played the role of support and supervision. Students made good use of this valuable opportunity to broaden their horizons for special education, nurturing their personal growth and future career development. Besides, SEC Department published a booklet of the Special School Placement Scheme 2022, which included the learning experience and reflections of the participating students and group leaders.
