The programme aims at providing professional knowledge on service-related issues through video production on YouTube channel.

| 1: How much do you know about social enterprises? | Interviewing various NGOs in learning more about their vision, values, and operation model based on set themes. Each clip will be around 10 mins. |
| 2. What should I do? | Teaching professional knowledge on community serving skills such as effective parenting and effective communication with older adults by interviewing EdUHK professors and role-play. |
| 3. Let's reveal! | Revealing the misconceptions on minority groups and the beliefs should be rectified. Each clip will be around 3 to 5 mins. |
