Vinci Tang Wing-chi, is on the Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Social Entrepreneurship and Development Studies programme. Through coursework, workshops and field placements, she has discovered how social enterprises can address community needs while achieving financial sustainability.
Lectures and discussions have particularly inspired Vinci, stimulating new ideas for driving social change. Learning about industry forces and strategic planning equipped her with analytical lenses for developing effective models. Hands-on experience then allowed real-world application of these skills.
Vinci is grateful for the well-rounded education gained, preparing her with a clarity of vision and understanding of challenges. She hopes to leverage the wisdom cultivated at #EdUHK to nurture community development through innovative, income-generating solutions.
