| Since 1996, over 40% of the primany schools in Shanghai have implemented small class teaching at the class size under 30. It is through which the officials and educators involved have accumulated rich experiences in this regard. Ms. Zhu Qing Yi, Head of the Office of Research in Primary Education, Shanghai Yang Pu District Education Bureau, who has been the author of the ¡§A Collection of Cases of Small Class Teaching at Yang Pu District in Shanghai¡¨ was cordially invited to share with us on ¡§Small Class Teaching and School Based Research¡¨. | ||
