Additional Support to Students for Enhancing Research Capacity
To support the students of Master of Arts in Mathematics and Pedagogy [MA(MP)] for producing quality outputs and gaining international exposure, the Departmental Research and Development Committee (DRDC) of MIT is providing an Additional Support to Students for Enhancing Research Capacity.
MA(MP) students are eligible for applying funding support for language editing up to HK$10,000 per year and/or presenting your work at an international/national/local conference if you have paper published in A*, A, B or C journals. For each paper published in (or accepted by) A*, A, B or C journals, the funding will be HK$6,000, HK$4,000, HK$2,000 or HK$1,000.
Remarks: The student must be sole or first author of the article. If there is / are a co-author(s), they must work at EdUHK and the affiliation stated as such. There can be more than one co-author. The paper should be part of the student’s thesis / dissertation / research project or course work.
