Mega-brainstorming Session for 1,000 Educators

Education Policy Forum:

This forum, which concluded the Conference, presented the climax of the entire event. After individual group discussions, participants returned to the main conference hall to exchange views on the topic: "Beyond Dilemmas: The development of Hong Kong education in the future ten years". Speakers at the Forum included Professor Cheng Yin-cheong from the Institute; Mr Lai Shu-ho, Deputy Chairman of the Hong Kong Subsidised Secondary Schools Council; Mr Tsoi Kai-chun, Chairman of the Subsidised Primary Schools Council; Mr Chris Wardlaw, Deputy Secretary for Education and Manpower, as well as Mr Lee Kam-hung, public affairs commentator. Participants actively took part in the discussion, keeping their minds open while looking into multi-angled analyses and exchanges, to explore the development and direction of the local education system.
