The 2nd Hong Kong School Principals' Conference Presented Diverse Content in a Variety of Formats Keynote Speech: PROFESSOR CLIVE DIMMOCK, Director of the Centre for Education Leadership and Management, University of Leicester, was the Conference's keynote speaker. Professor Dimmock examined Hong Kong's situation in parallel with the UK experience. He gave a detailed account of the current predicament faced by British educators and proposed possible measures to overcome the various constraints. academics, government officials and professionals from a number of industries
gathered to share their views and experiences on the three sub-themes
of the Conference - "Optimising Leadership Effectiveness",
"Energising Teacher Capacity" and "Enhancing Curriculum
