20 of 45 students registered for the Department of International Education’s MA (Global Studies in Education) programme joined a hiking excursion activity on Sunday 15 October 2023. Since most students on the programme are not from Hong Kong, course lecturers and programme administrative staff led the group up to Jardine’s Lookout for spectacular views of the city. From there the group hiked through the Tai Tam Country Park, and then enjoyed the afternoon in Stanley. The activity enabled students to enhance their capacity for resilience, their self-management capacity, and their interpersonal skills.
