This Minor enables future teachers to equip themselves to face the challenges in the following ways:
- An understanding of essential ideas, such as teacher emotions, education equality and equity, teacher leadership, innovation, multi-professional teamwork, and school civic mission;
- A set of skills for analyzing issues at micro and macro levels from various perspectives;

- A sample of strategies for promoting ethical, socially just, and collaborative professional practices.
