Terms & Condition
The decisions of judge panels should be final and conclusive. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable at any situation.
General Terms
- LTTC shall have the absolute right to terminate the award and change any of the terms and conditions of the award without prior notice.
- LTTC reserves the right to illustrate or amend the terms and conditions and any other arrangements concerning the Student ePortfolio Award, including the results, awards any other arrangements at any stage without any notice.
- In case of nay dispute, the decisions of LTTC should be final and conclusive.
Acknowledgement
By entering the Student ePortfolio Award, the entrant consents that the Award Authority that is the ePortfolio Team and the Hong Kong Institute of Education reserve all the rights to store, use, reproduce, distribute, publish any ePortfolio entries in print, CD-ROMS, DVD-ROMS, websites and videos etc. forms and formats. They will be used for educational purposes only and will not be sold for commercial purposes. The entrant is responsible for submitting links of their ePortfolios to the Award. The Award Authority will carry no liability in storing and/or retrieving the entries for the entrants. The entrant acknowledges and agrees to take full liability and responsibility for ensuring the originality, validity, accuracy and completeness of their ePortfolio contents which include but not limited to texts, images, graphics, audio and video files. The Award Authority does not assume any liability for any direct or indirect actions infringing any copyright and intellectual property rights.
