2025 BSc(EM) Internship Celebration cum Award Ceremony and Strategic Networking Event Successfully Held

The Department of Education Policy and Leadership (EPL) at The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) was delighted to host the 2025 BSc(EM) Internship Celebration cum Award Ceremony and Strategic Networking Event on 20 September 2025. This special occasion brought together students, partner schools and organizations, and academic staff to celebrate the achievements of our Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Executive Management (BSc(EM)) students, and to foster deeper collaborations for the future.

The event opened with a warm address from Professor Anatoly Oleksiyenko, Acting Head of EPL. Professor Oleksiyenko underscored the department’s ongoing commitment to supporting students’ professional development and building meaningful partnerships with the community. Following this, Mr. LAM Ho Wai Martin, Internship Coordinator and BSc(EM) Programme Leader, shared an overview of the internship programme, highlighting how it connects classroom learning with hands-on workplace experience.

One of the most engaging parts of the ceremony was the sharing session by three student representatives. Each spoke about the challenges and rewards of their internship journeys, and expressed heartfelt appreciation for the invaluable guidance and support provided by the department and our partner organizations.

To recognize the vital role played by our collaborating partners, special certificates were presented to our esteemed partner organizations. Five outstanding student interns also received certificates and prizes for their dedication and excellent performance throughout the internship period.

The atmosphere throughout the event was lively and enthusiastic, as guests, students, and staff mingled, exchanged ideas, and forged new connections. The celebration not only honored the achievements of our students and partners, but also set the stage for even closer collaboration in the future.
