D(ECE) Study Tour to Shaoguan University (SGU), Mainland China
D(ECE) students and EdUHK teacher participated in the study tour to Sharguan University (SGU) in mainland China from 25 to 30 June, 2018. During the tour, D(ECE) students visited several local kindergartens and conducted class observation. Ms Serena Fung Sze Wun, Lecturer II of the Department of Early Childhood Education of EdUHK also gave a talk on early childhood education in Hong Kong at SGU. It was a great pleasure that we can take a look of the City Planning Exhibition Centre of Shaoguan and the Danxiashan UNESCO Global Geopark, which allow our students to experience the local Chinese culture.
D(ECE) students were given a chance to read stories to the children there.
