It equips the participants with the theories and knowledge KM skills and too ls to plan, initiate, implement, control, evaluate, and disseminate KM practices in the areas of management and organization, teaching and teaming, student support and achievement for school development. It develops participants' Personal Knowledge Management Competency to allow them to critically analyze the role of KM in enhancing school effectiveness.
