The course enhances students to integrate the knowledge of educational management and administrative practices for the sustainable development of early childhood settings. Students are guided to reflect on their professional development as being a committed, caring, ethical, innovative and proactive school leader. In addition, this course explores the importance of parental involvement in fostering home-school-community collaboration and its corresponding leadership strategies.
