It also promotes students’ understanding of the importance of early intervention. Students will acquire the knowledge of the characteristics and needs of children and family with diverse needs, and the role of practitioners in adopting a professional conduct as well as identifying, assessing and educating children with diverse needs in various early childhood settings in collaboration with families and multiprofessional teams.
