The course enhances students to integrate the knowledge of educational management and administrative practices for the sustainable development of early children settings. Students are guided to reflect on their professional development as being a committed, caring, ethical, innovative and proactive school leader. The Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide prepared by the Education Bureau will also be introduced in this course.
