Participants are encouraged to make sense of knowledge about learning and teaching through their own direct and indirect experience and to make appropriate links between their knowledge and classroom practices so that they can devise effective learning experiences for young children. The Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide prepared by the Education Bureau and the concept of professionalism in teaching will also be introduced in this course. Participants will understand and reflect on their professional roles in early childhood education and the community.
