This course provides a comprehensive study of applied research, current theories and innovative practices in effective leadership for early childhood education in local and global contexts. It reveals theories and practices of effective leadership in early childhood organizations. New paradigms of leadership, such as transformational leadership, teacher leadership, curriculum leadership, middle leadership, sustainable leadership and professional learning communities will be introduced. This course will develop students to be an effective leader who can make strategic planning, systemic analysis and innovative ideas for school development.
