管治報告 香港教育大學 2020-2021 年報 65 Mr Eric YEUNG Chuen-sing 楊全盛先生, JP Member 成員 Mr Eric Yeung is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Skyzer VC Group and is active in the innovation & technology industry. He is the Founding President of the Esports Association Hong Kong, the Founder and Honorary President of Smart City Consortium and the Honorary Associate Professor of Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration at The Open University of Hong Kong. Mr Yeung is also the Director of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited. With regard to youth development, Mr Yeung advocates youth contribution to society. He disseminates positive information to the public with a view to shaping a harmonious society with innovative technology. Mr Yeung was selected as the 4th Young Leader of the Junior Chamber International Harbour in 2010. 楊全盛先生為天旭科技投資集團聯合創辦人暨行政總裁，積極參與創新科技界的事務。他是香港電競 總會創會會長、香港智慧城市聯盟創辦人及榮譽會長，以及香港公開大學李兆基商業管理學院榮譽副 教授等。楊先生為現任香港數碼港管理有限公司董事。楊先生重視青少年全人發展，致力透過推廣創 新科技向社會宣揚正面信息，並鼓勵青少年熱心貢獻社會。於二零一零年，楊先生獲海港青年商會選 為第四屆青年領袖。 Ms Jennifer YEUNG Yin-chi 楊燕芝女士 Member 成員 Ms Jennifer Yeung is a Director of The Glorious Sun Holdings Limited. She is also active in public services in Hong Kong. Currently, she is a Member of the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education, an Observer of the Independent Police Complaints Council, a Council Member of the Hong Kong Award for Young People, a Standing Committee Member of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong, a School of Business Advisory Committee Member of Hong Kong Baptist University, and a Director of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (2021/2022). 楊燕芝女士現為旭日集團有限公司董事。同時，她亦積極參與香港的公共服務。她現為公民教育委員 會委員、獨立監察警方處理投訴委員會觀察員、香港青年獎勵計劃理事會委員、香港中華總商會常務 會董、香港浸會大學商學院諮詢委員會委員，以及東華三院二零二一/二零二二總理。
