管治報告 香港教育大學 2020-2021 年報 63 Mr Kennedy LIU Tat-yin 廖達賢先生 Member 成員 Mr Kennedy Liu Tat-yin is a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He is the leader of PwC’s Capital Markets Services in China (including mainland China and Hong Kong) and Asia-Pacific. Mr Liu holds an MBA degree from the University of Warwick, U.K., and is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong. He was selected by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) as the ‘Young Accountant of the Year 1999’, recognising his achievements, and contribution to the accountancy profession and the community. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Vocational Training Council. Mr Liu is active in serving the community. He is the Vice-Chairperson of The Hong Kong Council of Social Service, the Chairman of the Employees Compensation Assistance Fund Board of the Government of Hong Kong SAR, among others. In the past, he served as an elected Council Member of the HKICPA, a Council Member of the City University of Hong Kong, a Council Member of the Vocational Training Council, among others. 廖達賢先生是羅兵咸永道會計師事務所合夥人，負責領導該事務所的中國（包括香港及內地）及亞 太區的資本巿場服務。 廖先生持有英國華威大學工商管理碩士學位，並且是香港註冊會計師。他於一九九九年獲香港會 計師公會選為「傑出青年會計師」，以表揚他在會計界及社會的貢獻與成就。他是職業訓練局榮譽 院士。 廖先生熱心服務社會，現時擔任香港社會服務聯會副主席、香港特別行政區政府僱員補償援助基 金管理局主席等職務。他曾任香港會計師公會理事會成員，以及香港城巿大學校董會和職業訓練 局理事會成員。 Professor LUI Hon-kwong 呂漢光教授 Member 成員 Professor Lui Hon-kwong is the Associate Vice-President (Projects) and Professor of the Department of Marketing and International Business at Lingnan University. He received his PhD in economics from The University of Hong Kong and worked for a few years as a marketing executive in the retail industry and as Statistician in the civil service. He was the member of the EcoPark Advisory Committee, Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal Panel and Disciplinary Panel A of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Moreover, he was a Council Member of the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority and Deputy Chairman of its Research and Development Committee. 呂漢光教授現為嶺南大學協理副校長（項目）及市場及國際企業學系教授，呂教授於香港大學取得經濟 學哲學博士學位，早年曾在零售連鎖店任職市務行政人員及香港政府統計師。他曾任環保園諮詢委員 會委員、律師紀律審裁團成員及香港會計師公會紀律委員會成員。呂教授亦曾出任香港考試及評核局 委員會委員及其研究及發展委員會副主席。
