His practice focuses on capital markets, corporate finance, securities, mergers & acquisitions in Hong Kong, mainland China and the Asian region. He is currently the Chairman of the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre, a Member of the Education Commission, a Member of the Quality Education Fund Steering Committee, a Member of the Standing Committee on Judicial Salaries and Conditions of Service, a Member of the Standing Committee on Legal Education and Training, and the Chairman of the King’s College London Hong Kong Foundation.
