66 The Education University of Hong Kong Annual Report 2019-2020 Governance Report Professor EnboaWU 吳恩柏教授 Professor Enboa Wu is currently Associate Vice-President for Knowledge Transfer (AVP-KT) of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Before joining HKUST, he devoted 10 years in Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) as a Vice President and Founding Group Director. Under his leadership, the team invented 60% of ASTRI’s total patents, created six start-ups, and received 30 technology awards. Before joining ASTRI, Professor Wu was the Deputy General Director of ERSO/ITRI in Taiwan and led the semiconductor backend team and the flat panel display team. Both were the largest applied research teams in Taiwan in support of the two Taiwan’s world-class industries. Professor Wu received his PhD degree from the University of California at Berkeley. He started his career in Silicon Valley and then devoted 15 years as a professor at National Taiwan University. He is a fellow of IEEE and ASME, and a registered professional civil engineer in California and Taiwan. 吳恩柏教授目前擔任香港科技大學協理副校長（知識轉移）。在加入香港科技大學之前，他在香港應用 科技研究院擔任副總裁暨群組創建人十年，團隊創造了百分之六十應科院的授證專利、六家新創公司， 並獲得三十項技術獎項。在此之前，吳教授在臺灣工業技術研究院擔任電子所副所長，領導當時臺灣 最大的半導體後端技術團隊以及平面顯示技術團隊，為臺灣的兩個世界級產業提供支撐。吳教授在美國 柏克萊加州大學獲得博士學位。他的職業生涯始於矽谷，並在臺灣大學擔任教授十五年。他榮獲國際電 機電子工程師學會和美國機械工程師學會頒授的會士榮銜，同時也是美國加州及臺灣的註冊專業土木工 程師。 Professor Stephen CHEUNG Yan-leung 張仁良教授 , SBS, JP, Officier dans l’Ordre des Palmes Académiques President 校長 Professor Stephen Cheung is the President and Chair Professor of Public Policy of the University. 張仁良教授為本校校長及公共政策講座教授。 Dr Grace POONWing-kit 潘永潔醫生 Dr Grace Poon is a Consultant in Paediatrics at Queen Mary Hospital and an Honorary Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine of LKS Faculty of Medicine at The University of Hong Kong. She is an expert in paediatric endocrinology and rare metabolic diseases. Dr Poon is the President of the Hong Kong Society of Inborn Errors of Metabolism, a Member of the Task Force for Newborn Screening for Inborn Errors of Metabolism, a Member of the Task Force on the Neonatal Screening Programme (for Congenital Hypothyroidism and G6PD deficiency), a Member of the Expert Panel on Enzyme Replacement Therapy for Lysosomal Storage Disorders and a Member of the Expert Panel on Neuroblastoma. 潘永潔醫生為瑪麗醫院兒科顧問醫生、香港大學兒科及青少年科學系名譽臨牀副教授。她是兒科內分泌 學和罕見代謝疾病的專家。潘醫生亦為香港先天性代謝缺陷協會會長、初生嬰兒代謝病篩查計劃工作小 組成員、遺傳篩查計劃（先天性甲狀腺功能不足症和葡萄糖六磷酸去氫酵素缺乏症患者）工作小組成員、 治療溶酶體貯積症的酵素替代療法專家小組成員及神經母細胞瘤專家小組成員。
