64 The Education University of Hong Kong Annual Report 2019-2020 Governance Report Mr Glenn FOK 霍經麟先生 Mr Glenn Fok is a Board Member of the Financial Services Development Council and its Market Development Committee. He is also a member of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA) Board and a member of several committees under theWKCDA Board. In mid-June 2019, Mr Fok was appointed an Independent Non-executive Director of China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited. He is a Senior Consultant of Moelis & Company, a leading global independent investment bank listed on the New York Stock Exchange. He also serves as a Senior Consultant to Gold Peak Industries (Holdings) Limited, an Asian multinational industrial group. Mr Fok was formerly Vice Chairman Asia of UBS Corporate Client Services. During his 32 years of investment banking and corporate finance career, he led many landmark initial public offerings, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, complex debt and equity issuances, corporate restructuring and re-organisation, and strategic financial advisory transactions. Prior to joining UBS, Mr Fok was the Head of Investment Banking Services and Joint Head of Corporate Finance of Schroders Asia Limited. He had served as a Member of the Board of Bank of America (Asia) Limited, the Securities & Futures Commission Committee on Real Estate Investment Trusts, the Board of Trustee of United College of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Hang Seng Index Advisory Committee and the Board of Governors of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Society Limited. 霍經麟先生現為金融發展局及其轄下市場推廣小組成員。他亦為西九文化區管理局董事局及其轄下多個 委員會成員。二零一九年六月中，霍先生被委任為中國建設銀行（亞洲）股份有限公司的獨立非執行董 事。他同時擔任在紐約交易所上市的環球獨立投資銀行美馳集團的資深顧問，以及亞洲跨國工業集團金 山工業（集團）有限公司的高級顧問。霍先生曾出任瑞銀企業客戶服務亞洲區副主席。在其三十二年投資 銀行和企業融資工作生涯中，曾經負責多項標誌性首次公開招股活動、本地及跨境合併和收購、複雜性 債券和證券發行、企業重整和重組、以及策略性金融諮詢交易。加入瑞銀之前，霍先生曾任寶源亞洲有 限公司投資銀行服務主管和企業融資聯席主管，並曾出任 Bank of America (Asia) Limited 董事局成員、證 券及期貨事務監察委員會房地產投資信託基金委員會委員、香港中文大學聯合書院校董、恒生指數顧問 委員會委員，以及香港管弦協會有限公司董事局成員。 Mrs Joanna LI LAU Lai-hing 李劉麗卿女士 , MH Mrs Joanna Li is the Managing Partner of King and Company, Solicitors & Notaries. She is also a China-Appointed Attesting Officer. Throughout her career, Mrs Li has acquired ample experience and knowledge in the areas of commercial, dispute resolution, family disputes, regulatory and real estate. Outside of the legal sphere, Mrs Li has been a devoted member of public offices. Currently, she is a member of the Court of The Open University of Hong Kong and a Chairman of the Appeal Panel constituted under section 45 of the Buildings Ordinance (Cap. 123). Previously, Mrs Joanna Li served on the Council of The Open University of Hong Kong (Council Member, Chairperson of the University’s Human Resources Committee and Chairperson of the University’s Main Tender Board), Social Workers Registration Board – Disciplinary Committee Panel, Social Welfare Department – Lump Sum Grant Independent Complaints Handling Committee, Social Welfare Department – Lotteries Fund Advisory Committee, Women’s Commission, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants – Disciplinary Committee Panel & Investigation Committee Panel, the Board of Directors of the HKSAR Surviving Spouses’and Children’s Pensions Scheme, and Hong Kong Mediation Centre (Vice President). 李劉麗卿女士是譚德興程國豪劉麗卿律師行之主管合夥人，亦是中國委托公証人。李女士在商業、爭議 解決、家庭糾紛、監管和房地產範疇具備豐富經驗和知識。除法律工作外，李女士一直積極擔任公職。 她現時是香港公開大學諮議會成員及根據《建築物條例》（第 123 章）第 45 條組成的上訴審裁團主席。她曾 出任香港公開大學校董會成員，以及該校人力資源委員會主席及主要項目投標委員會主席、社會工作者 註冊局紀律委員會備選委員小組成員、社會福利署整筆撥款獨立處理投訴委員會委員、社會福利署獎券 基金諮詢委員會委員、婦女事務委員會委員、香港會計師公會紀律委員會小組成員及調查委員會小組成 員、香港特別行政區尚存配偶及子女撫恤金計劃管理委員會委員，以及香港和解中心（副會長）。
