香港教育大學 2019-2020 年報 63 管治報告 Dr CHIU Cheung-ki 招祥麒博士 Dr Chiu Cheung-ki is the Principal of Chan Shu Kui Memorial School, the Vice-Chairman of the Hong Kong Direct Subsidy Scheme Schools Council and the Chairman of The Association for the Promotion of Proper Cantonese Pronunciation. He is also a Consultant Member of the Department of Chinese of Lingnan University, a Council Member of The Dr Seaker Chan Center for Comparative Political Development Studies at Fudan University, a Member of the Secondary School Places Allocation Committee of the Education Bureau and the Grantham Scholarships Fund Committee of the Home Affairs Bureau. 招祥麒博士現為陳樹渠紀念中學校長、香港直接資助學校議會副主席、粵語正音推廣協會主席、香港嶺 南大學中文系顧問委員、上海復旦大學陳樹渠比較政治發展研究中心理事會成員、教育局中學學位分配 委員會委員，以及民政事務局葛量洪獎學基金委員會成員等。 Mr Tony CHOI Siu-chow 蔡少洲先生 , JP Mr Tony Choi is an Executive Director of Hong Kong Garment Manufacturing Co. Ltd., and a Director of a number of private companies in various industries. He is a current member of the Committee on Professional Development of Teachers and Principals (COTAP), the Supervisor of Yan Chai Hospital Choi Hin To Primary School, and a Director of the Hong Kong Chiu Chow Chamber of Commerce. He previously served on the Board of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI), Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre (LSCM), and was a Council Member of Lingnan University. 蔡少洲先生為百達製衣有限公司執行董事，並於不同行業的私營公司出任董事，現為教師及校長專業發 展委員會委員、仁濟醫院蔡衍濤小學校監及香港潮州商會會董。蔡先生曾任香港科技園公司董事、香港 應用科技研究院董事、香港物流及供應鏈多元技術研發中心董事，以及香港嶺南大學校董。 Dr Anissa CHANWONG Lai-kuen 陳黃麗娟博士 , SBS, MH, JP Dr Anissa Chan was the Principal of St. Paul’s Co-educational College and the Supervisor of St. Paul’s Co-educational College Primary School (2004-2017), and is the Supervisor of Sheng Kung Hui Kindergarten since 2004. In addition to many public services, Dr Chan is currently Chairman of the Task Force on Review of School Curriculum, Founding Chairman of the Hong Kong Principals’ Institute, Honorary Court Member of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Member of the Advisory Committee on Teacher Education (Faculty of Education, The Chinese University of Hong Kong), Member of Presidential Advisory Group of the University, Scholar-Practitioner Fellow of Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change, Member of the Independent Police Complaints Council, Honorary Fellow of the University, Member of the Board of Governors of Centennial College, The University of Hong Kong and Member of the ICAC Complaints Committee. 陳黃麗娟博士曾任聖保羅男女中學校長及聖保羅男女中學附屬小學校監（二零零四年至二零一七年）， 並自二零零四年起出任聖公會幼稚園校監。陳博士現為學校課程檢討專責小組主席、香港校長中心創會 主席、香港科技大學顧問委員會榮譽委員、香港中文大學教育學院教師培訓諮詢委員會成員、本校校長 諮詢小組成員、亞太領導與變革研究中心教育領導學人（ APCLC ）、獨立監察警方處理投訴委員會成員、 本校榮譽院士、香港大學明德學院校董會成員及廉政公署事宜投訴委員會成員。
