香港教育大學 2019-2020 年報 61 管治報告 Mr Dieter YIH 葉禮德先生 , JP Deputy Chairman of the Council 校董會副主席 Mr Dieter Yih is a partner of Kwok Yih & Chan, Solicitors. His practice focuses on capital markets, corporate finance, securities, mergers & acquisitions in Hong Kong, mainland China and the Asian region. He is currently the Chairman of the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre, a Member of the Education Commission, a Member of the Quality Education Fund Steering Committee, a Member of the Regulatory Oversight Board of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Member of the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, a Member of the Standing Committee on Judicial Salaries and Conditions of Service, a Member of the Standing Committee on Legal Education and Training, and the Chairman of the King’s College London Hong Kong Foundation. Mr Yih is an Independent Non-executive Director of Sun Art Retail Group Limited and Sinochem Energy Co., Ltd. Mr Yih was a Past President of The Law Society of Hong Kong (2012-2013). 葉禮德先生為郭葉陳律師事務所合夥人，其法律業務以香港、中國內地及亞洲區的資本市場、企業財 務、證券、收購合併為主。葉先生現為金融糾紛調解中心主席、教育統籌委員會成員、優質教育基金 督導委員會委員、香港會計師公會專業監管監督委員會成員、香港交易所上市委員會成員、司法人員薪 俸及服務條件常務委員會委員、法律教育及培訓常設委員會成員，以及倫敦大學國王學院香港基金會 主席。葉先生現為高鑫零售有限公司及中化能源股份有限公司獨立非執行董事。葉先生曾任香港律師會 會長（二零一二至一三年）。 Ms Susanna CHIU Lai-kuen 趙麗娟女士 , MH, JP Treasurer of the Council 校董會司庫 Ms Susanna Chiu has more than 30 years of professional experience in accounting, business management and operations. She is an Independent Non-executive Director of Nan Yang Commercial Bank, Huijing Holdings Company Limited and Kato (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited, and was the President of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2013. Ms Chiu was awarded the Medal of Honour by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2013 for her achievements and dedicated public service, especially for her contribution to the accounting profession. She was also awarded one of the ten nationwide “Chinese Women of Achievement” awards in the UK in 1991, the “Outstanding Women Professionals” award in 2014, the “Distinguished Alumni” award from Sheffield University, and listed as one of the “Outstanding Business Women” from Hong Kong Commercial Daily in 2017. In 2017, Ms Chiu was appointed Justice of the Peace by the Hong Kong SAR Government for her contribution to the local community. Ms Chiu is a member of a number of public bodies, including the Women’s Commission, and formerly a Member of the Equal Opportunities Commission and the Energy Advisory Committee. 趙麗娟女士於會計、商業管理及運作方面擁有逾三十年專業經驗，現為南洋商業銀行、滙景控股有 限公司及嘉濤（香港）控股有限公司獨立非執行董事，並曾於二零一三年出任香港會計師公會會長。 二零一三年，趙女士獲香港特別行政區政府頒授榮譽勳章，嘉許其傑出成就及對公共服務的熱誠， 尤其對會計專業的貢獻。她亦曾於一九九一年名列英國全國十大「傑出華裔女性」之一，並於二零 一四年獲頒「傑出專業女性」大獎，並榮獲英國雪菲爾大學頒發「傑出校友」殊榮。趙女士獲《香港商 報》頒發「2017傑出商界女領袖」獎。二零一七年，趙女士獲香港特區政府頒授太平紳士，以表揚她對 香港社會的貢獻。趙女士亦為多個公共機構的成員，包括現任婦女事務委員會成員，並曾任平等機會委 員會及能源諮詢委員會成員。
