榮譽學位頒授委員會考慮榮譽學位及榮譽院士的提名 及向校董會作出推薦。 四個委員會的職權範圍列於 附錄三 。 香港教育大學基金乃一高層次平台，負責籌募、獲取及 接受饋贈，以支持本校的發展，並推動及促進科學、社 會科學、人文科學、教育和文化等活動。該基金亦會就 籌募資金的長遠策略，向校董會提供意見及建議，並監 管及匯報與籌募資金相關的事宜。 The Honorary Awards Committee considers and makes recommendations to the Council for the conferment of honorary degrees and honorary fellowships. The terms of reference of the four Committees are set out in Appendix III . The Education University of Hong Kong Foundation is a high- level platform that solicits, procures and accepts donations for the development of the University and for the promotion and advancement of science, social sciences, humanities, educational and cultural activities. It provides long-term strategic advice on fundraising to the Council and monitors and reports all matters relating to fundraising activities and initiatives.
