Abstract
Sharing in the experience of school-based curriculum development: teaching primary students the concept and knowledge of DNA during regular class time. From evaluation on teaching content to students' performance to analysis of learning outcomes to parents' feedback to teacher's self-reflection, conclusion can be drawn that the infusion of DNA concept and knowledge into the primary formal curriculum is successful and worth disseminating the implementation to other primary schools.
