Why does a suspended fan not cool down the temperature of classroom during the summer season? Why do people sitting under the suspended fan for a long time still feel hot? The paper aims to find out a way to adjust the operational devices of suspended fan to have the fresh air come inside and to leave the hot air outside, just like an extractor fan. By doing so, the temperature inside the classroom could be cooled without any extra budgeting or facilities in order to save on energy and monetary expenses.
