Fully funded by Tin Ka Ping Foundation, Professor Yaozong Hu and his team from East China Normal University was invited to visit the Department of Education Policy and Leadership (EPL) and the Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change (APCLC) from 15 January 2025 to 17 January 2025. Professor Anatoly Oleksiyenko, Acting Head of EPL, welcomed Professor Hu and his team. As a recipient of the Tin Ka Ping Education Fund, Professor Hu visited the Tin Ka Ping Foundation, exchanged thoughts with the academic staff from EPL and APCLC on school quality evaluation, school leadership, and cross-border school collaboration, and conducted a seminar organised by EPL and APCLC. In addition, two local schools in Hong Kong hosted visits from Professor Hu and his team and exchanged knowledge on sources and uses of funds.

Dr Jiafang Lu, Associate Professor at the EPL and Acting Co-Director at the APCLC contributed to Professor Hu's visit via Tin Ka Ping Education Fund application, formal and informal talks and communications.
