APCLC Director Participated in the ‘Agile Leaders Innovation Network’ (ALL-IN) Strategic Planning Meeting
On September 15, the ALL-IN Strategic Planning Meeting was held in Doha, Qatar. The online Meeting brought together educational leadership experts and leaders from around the world as a networked community, with a shared vision of a brighter future for our learners, to develop new thinking, and to build resources for educational leadership. Most importantly, a two-year strategic plan was developed for ALL-IN that identified key themes and actionable objectives to guide the network and support school leaders in cultivating successful learning environments for the students of today and tomorrow.
Prof Allan Walker, Co-Director of Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change (APCLC) of The Education University of Hong Kong, was invited to participate in the Meeting as Participant Contributor. Prof. Walker shared his thoughts on a new paradigm that considered school leadership development and a new set of core leadership skills and competencies for the 21st-century school leader.
